    We understand every home and schedule is different. That’s why we offer multiple installation options:

    1. Installation at the same time as delivery: Our delivery team will install the item immediately upon arrival. This is ideal for urgent setups and will incur higher installation charges.

    2. Installation after delivery (1–2 days later): The item will be delivered first, and our customer support team will help you book a separate installation date via WhatsApp or Live Chat. This gives you flexibility and may be more cost-effective.

    3. Uncrating service only: Our items are packed in small wooden crates for protection. If you select this service, we’ll help uncrate the item, but no further installation will be provided.

    4. Installation after delivery (Pay later): If you’re unsure about needing installation, you can try assembling it yourself first. If help is needed, you may arrange installation afterwards via WhatsApp or Live Chat and make payment then.

    5. No installation service: Self-installation is possible for most items, with clear instructions included. If you need guidance, just message our team.

    Note: Some products (e.g., cabinets, consoles) only require basic setup like inserting the legs. Installation is straightforward. If in doubt, contact us.

    Delivery Timeline:

    For all furniture orders, we work with specialised two-person delivery teams who are trained to handle large, delicate items with care.

    Our estimated lead times are:

    • 3–5 weeks for normal items
    • 4–7 weeks for custom-made items

    In the rare case of significant delays, we offer a Late Delivery Guarantee, you’ll receive $50 in store credits if your item arrives more than 7 working days past your confirmed delivery window.

    Shipment Tracking:

    Depending on the type of delivery assigned to your shipment, you will either be provided tracking info or be contacted to confirm a scheduled delivery date.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you notice any issues upon delivery, we’re here to help.

    We will offer a free replacement for any items that are seriously damaged in transit and are unable to be used normally. For damages of a smaller extent, we may offer a free repair or other forms of compensation that is acceptable to both parties.

    12-Month Warranty

    1. I want to order now but i only need the item 3 months later

    Sure, you can inform us (via WhatsApp) about this and we'll store the item in our factory first, then deliver at a later date as requested

    2. Can i choose a specific date and time for delivery?

    We can't guarantee the date of your choice because this is pre-order basis and the delivery schedule depends on the proximity of our other orders. Rest assured, our delivery team will call or message you a day before delivery. If you're not free or want to schedule it to another day, it's possible :)

    3. How do i track my delivery?

    For tracking, you can contact our WhatsApp team for regular updates about delivery status

    4. Can you help to dispose my old furniture?

    Usually, we don't dispose items during delivery. However, if you need our disposal service, you always contact us (via WhatsApp). Kindly note that disposal services may incur additional fees.

    5. Do you have a showroom where i can view your products?

    As an online brand, we currently don't have a physical showroom to keep costs down and offer the most competitive prices to our customers. In fact, our prices are 30-50% cheaper than in stores.
