For all furniture orders, we work with specialised two-person delivery teams who are trained to handle large, delicate items with care.

Estimated lead times are stated on each product listing.

Please note these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. Delivery may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including freight delays, public holidays, and adverse weather.

In the event of delay in shipment due to such unforeseen situations, Exclusivia reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to the availability of delivery slots. Such delays are not eligible for refunds.
