Estimated lead times are stated on each product listing.
Please note these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. As items are shipped from overseas, delivery may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including freight delays, customs processing, public holidays, and poor weather. Accordingly, we are not responsible for delays caused by such external factors.
In the rare case of significant delays, we offer a Late Delivery Guarantee – you’ll receive $50 cash compensation
