Delivery & Installation

Exclusivia has an installation and delivery team. Our delivery team specialises in delivering our goods because we have many orders that we need to fulfil efficiently. Likewise, our installation team specialises in installing the products we deliver. 

Our logistics team will contact you a day before delivery  via WhatsApp/SMS/call so you can make preparations to receive your products. Do acknowledge our messages within 24 hours or your delivery may be cancelled and rescheduled.

 

For products that require assembly, Exclusivia has 3 options for installation:

1. Installation same time as delivery: Our delivery team will deliver, uncrate and install the goods in the spot. This service is for customers in a hurry. Hence, it'll incur more fees than other installation options.

2. Installation after delivery (1-2 days later): Our delivery team will deliver the goods first. Then, customers are required to inform Exclusivia that the package has successfully arrived via WhatsApp. Then, our customer support team will assist you with selecting your preferred installation date and time. Do note that installation time slots are subjected to availability. 

3. No installation service: Customers can choose to self-install as well because instructions will be provided. If customers need more information about installing, they can contact us. 

 

For products that are fully installed in the package, Exclusivia has 2 options:

1. Uncrating service: Some items are packaged with wooden crates for extra protection. Customers are able to purchase this service if they need help with uncrating. Customers are required to ask our delivery team to uncrate. In the rare occasion that our deliver team did not uncrate the package, customers are required to contact us. Then, we'll arrange a separate installation team to uncrate your products for free. 

2. No uncrating service: Customers can choose to uncrate the package themselves. It's very easy to uncrate. Usually, most of our customers are able to uncrate the product. 

 

Others

It is the customers' responsibility to check if the item/s they purchase will fit through doors, staircases and lifts before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the product description

If stairwell access is required, a labour fee of $40/storey will apply (Subjected to change based on package size)

Storage fee - additional charges apply if item is stored in warehouse for over 3 days (Only if delivery date was changed by customer)
