2. What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Every item is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. While damages during transit are extremely rare, we’ve got you covered just in case. If your item arrives damaged, just let us know within 48 hours with clear photos/videos. We’ll replace seriously damaged items or provide a repair/compensation solution.
3. What if my delivery is delayed?
We aim to deliver on time, but in case of delays, we offer a $50 Late Delivery Guarantee if your item arrives 7 working days later than the promised timeframe.
4. What if I find the same item cheaper elsewhere?
We offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find the same product at a lower price locally, we’ll match it, and even top up 10% of the difference.
5. Can I request a specific delivery date and time?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS or Call to schedule your delivery slot. You may request a specific time/day and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
6. Do you have a showroom where i can view your products?
As an online brand, we currently don't have a physical showroom to keep costs down and offer the most competitive prices to our customers. In fact, our prices are 30-50% cheaper than in stores. However, we offer detailed product descriptions, high-quality photos, and size dimensions on our website.

7. Is the furniture durable?
Our furniture is built to last, using quality materials and craftsmanship. Everything comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and many of our pieces have served customers for years without issue.
8. How long does delivery take?
For ready stock items: 3–5 weeks.
For custom items: 4–7 weeks.
We’ll keep you posted every step of the way. If your delivery is delayed more than 7 working days beyond the original schedule, you’ll receive $50 in store credit as part of our Late Delivery Guarantee.
